Hello, here you can make requests for anything. UB's, Tags[Sigs], Banners, Large Pieces. [or anything else that's on your mind]. But, we do NOT make sigs out of simple backgrounds ~ just saying...

2. We will try to give you the requests ASAP, since we have a life to live we won't be able to make them as fast as you might expect them. We are not robots.
3. About the renders/stocks. Please make sure the pictures you are giving us are not copyrighted. We are not rippers/thieves. If you don't know if they are copyrighted or not, PM me the image and the place[link] from where you took it and I will tell you.
4.[A kind of new rule] No more then 3 requests/person. ~There might be some exceptions, depending on the reason you want the '4th' sig.~

2. If you look VERY carefully you might see that behind the toast there is an overaly smudged toast and that makes those lines.
3. Gfx doesn't mean rendering. For rendering you have to learn how to render. I never learnt how to render I just used the eraser brush or the polygonal tool and 'rendered' around if i really needed a render.
4. Never really said I'm a GFXer. To call myself [or in general to call yourself a GFXer you need to be at a certain level in GFXing, and I'm not. :)..
5. I know you hate me so I won't be saying anything anymore at this point.

Anyway, its true that with just 1 effect it looks good and it might be enough. It also sounds like a limit you make to yourself.
But here we don't have limits and try out different new things.
For example in your tag, I would let the smudging you did, but I would also add some other stuff, maybe photo-manip. and make the hand look different, or some effect c4d's, or some brushes with clipping mask. My point here is that, with just one effect [in your case smudging and that brush/c4d from the back] you get something fine, but it can always get better. Trying out just one style and always doing that will get boring, [even mo, here had a time approaching just that style -the one you used there-, but after a while he tried out new things and got better. Your tag is a fine one, but it could always be better. You are really good though so KIU mate! ;) Also as a suggestion, you should try using the rule of thirds, and maybe look for some text tutorials :).
