First off I'd like to introduce this as the first SomeWhatOfficial Base Tourney in BoutCheetah.
Your two lovely host will be...
ZomZom and Meta.
Now let's cover some ground rules.
-The tournament will be a 2v2, Doubles, deuces, however you want to say it.
-The four players battling will ALWAYS play on Industrobe Plains.
-They will play up to 3 games, meaning if you lose the first two, you are out.
-For the first few rounds players of each side will have to meet up online.
-If they cannot we will find a way to work this out.
-It is required that there is a screenie of both the base destroyed and the results page for each game.
-If you do not have both of the screenies for each the game will not count.
-After the first few rounds me and Meta will start monitoring each match so that it goes out smoothly.
Since we have all of this covered time go over the banned items. If you use these items then it will call for an Auto disqualification as you've signed up here so you've seen the rules
Coin items are optional
No armor over Lv 150.
No gear over Lv 150.
No Xabaras/Death Hunter/Minitank Mercs.
No II skills/Mobility boost.
No justice gun.
No GM Items of any sort.
No Member Flags
No Rare items, zylon flags, kowbat, etc.
No bot Stract, If you need a place to put it send me a PM of the amount of BS and send it to Zomnie.
No Chernobyl, White Ninja trans.

just about ready to go out of town for three days, before I go ill cover that all staff items are banned tricky and member only items.
with the coin situation if you dont have a full coin set ill supply with one, not including trans.

Sets under lv 150 should be the only sets allowd.
Also just coin items from the shop that all people can buy, what i mean is that rare items should be banned too and as meaty said member flags are just unfair.
Halloween set parts can just be used by people lv120 or less, or just ban them at all.
STill thinking about +4s, they drop in game and all, but they should not be part of this tourny, its still hard to know if some1 is using them or not. ( by +4 i mean Mini,Shoulder, Arm part and Aura)
Obviusly no II active or pasive skills.
Map always industrobe plains.
Just some mercs allowd, No Xab, No DH, No new rare merc i dunno its name, Still thinking about tank, Arsy is totally okay for indus.
Finally Bubu wanna fight meaty those matches are epic.

it's hard for some players to pvp/bvb as patches, because their movements are extremely slow unless they upper spam, trying bvbing kenny when he upper spams lol

no, they wont.. i can win againts a patch without BS easy, bladium vs plasmodium even with full TA set is not that hard to beat in industrobe if you know how to use trans and have a good timing for push.

If you're complaining about allowing patches to Base then you simply shouldn't Base at all.
Patches are dangerous when used right, but they're not statistically balanced. Neither are rams. Surges are the only 'balanced' bot in BvB due to being more customizable (TA, TD, TG, etc.) and not excelling or doing poorly in any category.

surges excel in speed and have lots of evade .-.
Not what I mean. They don't excel in trans or out of trans so they're balanced. You can choose to make your surge do better in trans (with TG) or out of trans (with TA and TD).
