Since you've questioned it, I'll ask the author for the psd. If he/she is unable to show one of the hosts, the signature will be disqualified. Until then, votes for it still count.

I'm assuming you're looking at the tutorial too so you can compare layer style and what not. PSD alone won't really help unless you can show there was a tutorial used.

It doesn't matter if you used a tutorial or not.
I can see another sig in there that's a replica of a tutorial I saw right down to the colours. Execution is the key, not what you can see.
'sides there's no rule stating this.
Ripping, i.e taking an image directly from a tutorial, is not permitted, however.

Can we leave the discussion for the discussion board? It would make the judges' jobs easier if we kept it clean with only votes. Remember to also leave a reason. Some people don't obviously see that so I think we should make that a bit bigger (max font)
