I want to know how good people are at each section and just rate them from a scale of 1 - 10. I just want to be informative and get updated of players here. So I can be more aware of them. I will create a list and please rate them all.

You cant rate people in sector because they are good at different things. For example ross is good at doing high level maps as a lvl 1. Jrharbort is a good speed runner, keum no lifes more then anyone should. Thematic put a LOT of effort into being one of the most respected sector players.
i can't do a 1-10 because everyone has different systems of rating to 10. some think 10 is unachievable perfection while others class 10 as just really good. so i'll do my own little rate system.
Ross: The best pusher, super fast pro sectorer
Jrh: incredibly overrated but no doubt really skilled at timing and knowledge with how the A.I works
thematic: above average sectorer who can grind for long hours at a time
keum: i don't know but he sectors all day every day
drunkensparrow is keum
icecold: real fast, real active, all in all he'd be in the "pro" bunch

wolfy: really pro but can't fight lag for shit which is a huge flaw
star: never fought him personally
meta: adapts quickly but doesn't really have many techniques so he's pretty predictable, he rapes all nubs but against a pro he's like a typical pvper
opti: adapts slowly but once he's adapted you're ****ed unless you change your playstyle entirely as he's the best pvper once he's figured out what style you're using
grim: ****ing blows. doesn't compare to anyone on the list
khaos: best ram pvper there is, i'd copy/paste the description of wolfy for khaos
lyric: SO OVERRATED! he pwns everyone who can't get around his block but if you are good enough to get around it he's easy as fuark..
nitex: never fought him
myself: can't rate myself
meteor: ****ing blows, again doesn't compare to anyone on the list but like grim he's a respectable pusher
allie: she's pro at every part of pvp including adapting, but unlike opti she can't fight lag for shit so she gets destroyed by anyone who's got a fair amount of skill and lag on their side

Neokiller: above average
BuBu: can't pvp very well but kills mercs real easily
KompyIsBack: really pro with his lag, but if you're able to fight lag he's not too hard
Socks: she's the same as meteor and grim, she can holo but can't do anything else
Pein: pretty much ALL LAG, doesn't have much skill, but his lag is ****en deadly
Muncay: fails, period
Kami Ryu: really good patch pvper, like, really really good
VFS_LEGEND: above average, overrates himself but he's nothing special either.
MisterZ: he never plays seriously so you can't really tell
ImaginationX: overrates himself so ****ing much, he thinks he's top 5 or more but i think more like top 15. don't underestimate him tho, he's got some pure raw skill, he's just nowhere near as good as he lets on. i wouldn't say he's any better than neo tbh..
Unique: haven't pvped him much, he's fairly average from wut i've seen

Nonetheless, it's a rating, not a "whose best" thread.
Voting on the "best" would be too difficult, as it's all about how you react to different styles of pvp, and no one is a master at fighting every style.

well it evolved because of new stats , remember the cap is lv 200 now. and it also evolved because people just genuinely got better at the game. i remember in 2006 people didn't even know how to ****ing jump attack haha, they would ALL spam rush even the best pvpers just spammed rush. then in 2007 or so S_A used Uppercut and pwned with it so everyone started using upper, pvp evolved at that time. then in 2008 a lot of pros quit and it was mostly laggy chain rush nubs. again, it evolves. etcetc. now in BC it's hell fast surges that are used to using every map, and yeah pretty much anyone now would be considered pro compared to the people from 07 and such.
