You can do that with GIMP :/.

1. Click 'Save as'.
2. Search for 'PNG'.
3. Click 'PNG'.
4. Then you'll see "file".PNG.
5. Change the 'PNG' into the file you want.

I always use XnView's "batch rename" to convert them into .png format then edit them in GIMP. Once I'm done, I convert them back into .ba0, .oa0, etc using the same method.

XnView make modding so much easier and efficient. For example, with GIMP you cant preview a bunch of files at once.

Xnview does not help at all unless you're a beginner.

How could you know your chair is uncomfortable if you stand by it rather than sit in it.
And why would you care if you only stand by it.
