I totally agree with you on that but when you think of the amount of players buying perm membership and i know maybe people that have it so they may just spend the 100$ on that. I got to say lots of people waste so much on these types of videos games just to become rich and get rare items.

Some things are more important than rarity. Besides as soon as Allie spawns a rare item for you, it will most likely not longer be the rarest item anymore. ::)
