Transferring permanent items is allowed so do not say admin favor.
I was trading candies and suddenly got another 2nd reaper flag that i need on my other account (username: Droid zylon1). I need it transferred from this account to that account.
I know admins is trying to reduce the amount of giggas/coins from the game so i would be willing to sacrifice 500 000 coins for the transfer of my item.

Items do get transferred, but those items are permanent, and from the zylon shop. As far as this item, I'm going to say it won't be transferred because transferring an item can take time, and if they do it for one person they will be annoyed by many more people.
