You could also try to recover your paypal password so that you have access to it in the future.

it's complicated. ( idk the e-mail the pw of e-mail the paypal acc and stuff)
the best way to solve this is if an admin helps me

You can always contact paypal via. telephone. Speak to them about it how you forgot all your details and all they'd probably ask for is your bank details or something private etc.
