lq around the head imo, thats either a bad effect or a negative effect from a high contrast.
also text isnt in a bad location this time, could be more to the left near the hand but its closer to the focal than before. but the blue text is so bad because there is no blue in the sig x) never take colors that are not on your signature unless you have a good reason like doing a superhero sig and taking the original text from the comic.

low quality, i think you resized or blurred the hat then the contrast made it look like it was low quality, but the rest of the render looks fine.
