Event Date: 2/1/2015 - 2/7/2015
Objective: Collect 5 Golden Chests per day for the event. Golden Chests drop from the bosses of all sector maps with a 30% chance. You have to be +- 30 levels of the sector map in order to receive credit for picking up a Golden Chest.
Prize: You will receive 2 prizes at the end of the event; Only if you collected the 5 Golden Chests every day of the event.
Prize 1: A random rare item from past events.
Prize 2: A random amount of Zylon Shop Coins. Maximum able to be received is 2,000. The higher the amount, the less of a chance to get.

Would be cool if there was a PvP and BvB portion to this where you could get the chests from other players/bases dying. This would obviously get abused but it would bring a game mode other than sector back for a short time.

I agree in bringing PvP and BvB into it, but we'd need to think of a method which can't be abused as much. The defeating staff was a good idea, since we do have good players among the staff community so it's not like it'd be easy, plus we can maybe nominate a few extra good players to be co-leads, so if you was to beat them as-well? Obviously you'd need a ss of the win or something as proof as can't monitor every match.

I did actually mention this in a pm to him yesterday but i mentioned it like how it was abused in christmas events example: Snowballs. Defiantly untradeable, i agree.

so like, some people have tons tons of elektra parts in their mp and they sell them to shop (for example 100k ea) they can get rich and people with wealth items can see rich people with a lot of gigas, they can maybe try to balance the economy

Let's say if someone would delete their bot and re-make it over would this reset the chests? or cancel the ones you already got?

Each account can only obtain the zylon coins and item one time at the end of the event, and it is a random amount. If someone wants to go through the effort of completing the event on 100 accounts, good for them :P

It's perfectly possible to solo Kyura, it just takes practice. A LOT of practice. Like, more than a little bit. Inf rb packs helps, lel.
As for 247, do the boxes drop from the little crate at end just like normal airship map? I can't remember, but if so, you could push that boss...

266 could be used too, did it in 4-6mins, with using some rbs :)
239 is easy, so yeah just have 30lvls +- cause then members will have to kill, and we can have the good feeling we did it legit, cause everyone are against us for pushing boss..

Don't really know how the percents are working for the event but if its 30% for the room then teamwork isn't particularly favored as there is only 1 chest to drop at a time which means you have 30% divided by the number of people in the room.

I may adjust the percents next event if this one doesnt work out well, but according to the logs lots of people have collected 5 chests for sunday, so it should be working out pretty good

I completed all 5 in like 15 rounds. Make sure you kill the boss to get the drop. Also, what level are you playing? I can go check and make sure the boss drops normally.

That's the map that I did, worked fine for me :O Remember, you cannot push the boss to receive the drop. You have to pick the golden chest up.
i am doing this map with RDT kidoya and starting we got drops but after i get 4 and he get 3 it stopped dropping for over 40+ maps now

Absolutely, mostly all hackers will be banned within the first few days of them hacking, and get detected usually very fast. Once they are banned, they are instantly disqualified from the event.
We even tried making new room and relog. we still couldnt get drop until this very second.

Thank you. Wow, just noticed the impact this has had on the game. Usually only 3 pages of sector rooms now goes all the way to the 7th page over 50 sector rooms, and 70+ players rather than same usual 20+

I got 5 golden chests in about 30 minutes by grinding level 212.
258 is harder as the chest might fall off the platform, I assume?
does luck items affect the drop rate?

I think if you could get a smaller prize(s) for completing less days while having a major prize for completing each day that would make this style more fair. But like Thornz said, missing one day is equivalent to event over

That's the point of the collection event is to collect them each day. However, I will adjust the event next month from the feedback I am getting.

Forgot to mention, you do not get zylon coins on low server. However, you do get the item.
In the future just make it so that the more days you collect the chests, the higher your chance of getting more ZC and better rares. That way if you miss a day you don't miss the whole event, you just get a lower chance of the best possible rewards.

Items would be untradable past event items, not all of them are perm, for example EXP 2x, 1.2x, etc arent perm

What?! Thought the whole point of BOUND items was so people couldn't trade them across? Transferring them just makes it utterly pointless. If i knew they would be transferred i would of spammed accounts. Imo, it should stick to the account they got it on it stated clearly in description the prizes, no hidden agenda or as previous times stated Admin Favour! lol, but enough of that. Gz to the winners seeing though nearly everyone seems dissatisfied to say the least, either it be something not needed/no use or want it transferred cause they got double.

falseprophet u can only transfer the item u got IF u already have one and its a duplicate. so spamming accounts wouldnt have accomplished anything. its just a way to make it so people who got a duplicate item can actually use their prize. i dont think its the big deal you're making it.
