I'd recommend not going fully along with the price guide, like i've stated before. It's not a fixed guide, if someone doesn't want to post around that price that's their choice they aren't obliged to follow any pricing guide :).
the guide price out approximately what the players pay for the item but not a fixed price is only an approximate price about the item is worth
