i just bought aqua platter because its stats tell that it is a very strong low level item it says that it requires level 10 but i can not equip it and i have a level 19 Ram can you help me with this? i spent quite a lot farming on another account of mine to get the item so can you please help me equip it? the error i get is: You do not meet the minimum level to equip this item

As mentioned in my reply, and in the original post I linked to, this is an in-game bug. Due to certain limitations, there's an issue with labelling it to be 266 equip-able in-game.
well could i at least get my gigas back that i spent on the item and remove the item from my inventory? i mean it's a long way till i can use it since i am level 19 :-[

Though I'm curious, how did you farm that many gigas as a Level 19?
well i have three accounts and one of them is a level 63 ram and i farmed survival boxes for more than 2 hours or so to get 633k i sold t1s and t2s to the shop,i will trade when i see you online thanx :D
