i have the same problem...
when i start bots the zylonshield runs ok until a window appears:
"you need to install the following program to use BoutCheetah. (Press OK to launch the window)"
when i press ok i go to: "http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=29";
i downloaded it but the problem is still there
