I have done everything, to launch antivirus add, and delete and reinstall the programs required to play, please help.

My problem continue and im desperate, let me explain. The lounch run well and everthing is ok but when i put my user name and password, it runs but stays loading and suddenly closes.
And that happen to me please i implore you.

I think i have a problem with zylon shield, because when i run the Launch BoutCheetah that works ok, but when i put my User name and my password that close. If somebody knows a solution about this problem please answer me.
