The Project
So currently, a projective team is in the making which will allow more creativity to flow. The team consists of talents including but not exclusive to;
-Artists
-Writers
-Coders/Programmers
-Musicians
-GFXers
-Promotional Team
etc. (More will be added as we progress.)
The team will have its own website. (example.zylongaming.com or an entirely different website)
I will be leading the group with a co. leader and Allie leading Promotional Team and Kenny leading the coding and programming.
The main focus of the group is to work hand in hand with Zylon Games and make new stuff like Sound Packs, Wallpapers, Story lines, Mods, everything pretty much from top to bottom for all of Zylon Games and their servers, along with opportunities to work with others outside of Zylon Games for projects.
How it works is, we have a group of about 5-15 people who each handle their own parts of the group.
Someone who needs something done, (Or Zylon Games) will ask the group on the forums, people who are up for it will take up the job or will be assigned a job, and depending on the job they will get paid by that person.
Along with so, we will also be helping each other on personal projects as well.
Our work will also be showcased via ZylonGaming's official Youtube/Twitter, along with a variety of other services ranging from Deviantart to SoundCloud.
The profits made by doing these projects will
not be slashed or split up between the entire group, just between those who worked on a specific project at the time.
Different parts of the groups will be working on different projects constantly, and things will get messy. To organize everything, we will be hiring.

im possibly getting signed to a record label and cant manage it. we've decided to pause it for now, but it will resume in the near future once our jimmies have settled.
All current apps have also been sent to mo9. He'll also be accepting new ones til' the deadline.
New staff will be picked later from the apps when this starts up again and Kellie have some free time to make the website for us (they busy with MC server and stuff.)
