Don't quite get it. What does it do?

Is it possible to lower the timer for lvl133 and 142 respectively? I've been going at 1:10 - 1:20+ at both lvls even when I am killing the boss and still ended up losing the lvl..

State your personal achievements here. Example: Became GM, beaten the high score for a certain sector lvl, became friends with somebody or beaten the crap out of somebody in PvP or BvB. This is only for your achievements in BC.

1. became friends with a lot of people.
2. Beaten lvl172 (sector) in 1:30 minute on a lvl 110.
