Ok i was doing stuff got banned blah blah blah blah and it said i was banned well i looked at banned list and i wasnt on the list but it says banned help?

i downloaded installed and everything and the i went to the updater and started it.Then it popped up with an error that bout.dat has an error and has to close.

i try to run the installation but it come up that an error has occurred and when i try to run as admin it says files are corrupted. help pls?
