My xbox is "jail broken" too, my games works perfectly.
You can't play your games anymore because you updated your xbox, and you shouldn't have done that.
When I bought my xbox, the seller-guy told me, do not update it if it says so, bring the xbox to me and I'll upgrade it for you.

You need to download the ipsw and select it manually, hope that will help

It's lvl 84 or 85, I have coins in it ( I think), but I spent them all, but I still have red color in-game.

Lol, Bc, and Ms are nothing alike. You cant say one's better then the other because opinions will vary due to completely different game play.
