Royal butterfly is nice because it can give +speed , +Trans Attack, or +Trans Speed (the only E.F that can give those stats besides the S, R, and P E.F's.  Also you cant really compare it to lucky aura because lucky aura is just for getting drops in sector mode, whereas royal butterfly is practical in all modes

I think that (E) parts should flash like +7 parts, so they are more special looking then just a different color

Also I think there should be more (E) parts. After scritter/blazer/trilicor, there isnt any that drop.
