Ignoring whether it is possible or not, the idea would not work. You called it level 0 and the difficulty changes depending on your level, but say a level 1 and a level 221 play it together, how hard would it be? The mobs can't have different HP and damage for different players, which makes this map only viable as a solo map, which sort of defeats the object of the game, people playing together. It looks like you have put a lot of effort into it, but if I were you I'd rethink making it 'level 0' and just make it a normal level with set damage and HP.
