Kind of, your video card needs to be updated every so often to be able to run games. It works with your Graphics card.
To find your video driver (on vista) go to...
Control Panel
Device Manager
Then press the + where it says display adapters

Tell me what yours is and i'll try to find a download and give it to you.

I would assume that it is a Driver. Not totally certain but I think its a video driver, if you tell me the name of your video driver I can see if I can find a download.
Edit: It could also be your anti-virus. If you don't know how to add it to your firewall go to Pig's guide (http://boutcheetah.zylongaming.com/index.php?topic=26673.0)

Is this your first time playing BoutCheetah. Have you recently restored your computer? If so then check for updates for you Drivers.

Its slightly less now, or at least they've been selling for less. Its about 700-850m now.

When I've sold and bought (recently) P Ef's were about 30-40m and S Ef's were about 80-100m.

Ah yes forgot to mention, Get a friend that has some lag with you (most people will have enough for it to work) and both get DH mercs. Lure 1 code and both send out your mercs at different times. The first DH will attack until it almost knocks over the code then the second one will attack before it hits the ground causing infinite combo. Jura is good if your only trying to get t2 but will not do good against Xabs (from what i've heard from Ross).

Lol, there was no survival when I was getting to level 221 so I did lvl 210 (or Whatever it is). Atm I would suggest base boosting, although being "nooby" it's a good source of exp. If you don't feel okay with that do {s|h} 219 with a lvl 221 and do what RamK1ng said. If you want to do it by yourself then just do {s} 219.
