Try running as adiministrator, or uninstall and reinstall the client. It should be working. Mine is up and running right now.

I'm not sure, could have something to do with your computer. First, try going to the launcher and going into windowed mode. That might help, but probably not. If it doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling the client.
