When I open up the homepage the voting button doesnt pop up, when I do a manual vote I don't get points which isnt fair. I have enabled everything and I should be working nothing is stopping the webpage to load the pop up. Plz can I have a quick respons as I cannot redeem points.

I got banned for leaching (by accident cause my lil bro played) so how long is it untill i get unbanned, is it permanent? a day? I dunno please answer
