Yes, you can complete the event on as many accounts as you would like. All items cannot be traded that you receive from this event.

Would be cool if there was a PvP and BvB portion to this where you could get the chests from other players/bases dying. This would obviously get abused but it would bring a game mode other than sector back for a short time.

Don't really understand what your topic is getting at. He could just be showcasing that he can import models from BC to edit them as 3d models instead of 2D images.

You can't open the models. The way they're made no program can open them. At one point there was a custom made program that could do it, but it was never again heard of it. You can however open the textures (refer to the post above).
