To boost healthy relationships between guilds instead of competitive ones you should be able to have actual "Alliances" where four guilds can be in an alliance and the guild that first started the alliance has the "Alliance Leader" in it Anyone in the same alliance can hear alliance chat and it could be orange.

I was looking through prefabs for unity and found this thought it'd be interesting to post here it's fairly simple, you put the translations in an xml file ie: Korean to English, and ingame you select your language and everything will be converted to that.
