It's fine as it is. Having new mods just for the event isn't a good idea.

Yeah i played lv172 h and im lv209,was very hard to kill the ice kong(should be easier in my opinion).

It should be just that hard, and maybe harder since we're talking about free membership. And they cost up to 20m / 250k coins, should be worth the effort.
