I do everytime I run it normally, though for me it works if I right click and run as admin.

The min required level of the II skills is 100 to allow the game to be more of a challenge, and so that you cannot be OP from level 1 and rush through the fun of sectoring with a challenge.

I have to agree, though my error message isn't a T, it is "(C:\blahblah...)/ftinfo.sys' file creation failure. Though it does work when I run as admin, I don't know if it's just me getting this or not.
