Yeah, elites are intended to be rare. After thinking on it, not even ds e would be good to add (as much as I would like that xD)

1yr/perm elite trans, 10k II skills, and 10k RB are good ideas IMO though...

$15 for a 7 days trans is rediculous though. THAT particular price needs to be changed.  Has anyone seriously bought a 7 day trans for that much money? I mean, c'mon! And if they did, I bet they regretted it...

I was just curious what the maximum attainable base speed is in the game, for surge and patch/ram.  If you had the best possible speed gear, how fast could you go?
