This does mean it charged you, but the funds will be put aside while reviewing if it's a legitimate payment.

I sold 5k ZC, and then 2k ZC to danielgun. The 2k ZC was received immediately, the 5k ZC was not. It has been almost 24 hours since I bought the ZC. WTH? Can an admin plz check into this? He's starting to get a bit worried (for good reason, I would too). My PayPal was definitely charged $50, btw...
