We are a business, do you have any other ideas to profit off it? We will not introduce membership, as it's trying to keep as close to the original as possible.
That said, the prices are considerably lower than the original, and it's entirely possible to level without them. The game's balanced around non-coin items.

BC is more focused on end-game grinding.
For the fun leveling experience you're describing, you could try out our other server here. It's lacking in players compared to BC, but you could help fix that.

The guilds board no longer gives post count. Along with this change, guild threads are now allowed to contain mild (but not excessive) amounts of spam.
Posting non guild related spam content in the guild forum will still result in a warning, and/or further action.

I've been briefed that aln used hiddenware to quickly complete levels.
That means that aln did not glitch, aln in fact hacked, which for all intensive purposes means to modify the game values (including the files), with or without an external program.
A normal hiddenware does not come under rule 3 (glitching), but rule 11 (hiddenwaring), however since it was used for the purpose of clearing a level, it comes under the same rule as hacking. Which results in a permanent ban.

I'm locking this for now, a final decision will be made when max contacts me about the case. It's highly unlikely aln will be unbanned if there's a single piece of evidence he hiddenwared for map advantage.



Edit: as it's in feedback/rants I'll keep it unlocked as a rant thread, but the decision is final following a discussion with max.

It's a lot of work, and we were rolling it out slowly.
Multiple of our updates we released before and after the dannii incident were planned for the update itself.
I still would like to get it done someday, and we had a lot of work done on it that never got released.

We were thinking about a transmogrification system, and definitely would be something we'd work on if kenny came back.

Even if we wanted to, it raises a problem in that it wasn't designed for 4p.
If you've gotten to the end boss on 8p, you'll understand what I mean.
