I used to be a member of the club who'd use huge text as filler, text that was overwhelmingly distracting among things.
Now I think it should be smaller, accent the focus and be placed with care. What you don't want text to do is draw attention away from where it's due.

At the same time however it should be easilly readable.

This, likewise, lacks oomph, I'd peg it to the low contrast. On the other hand Mew's been stretched so it looks bad in that regard as well.

...Being borderless is not a big deal is it? I mean I can see the hoo-ha about it on a borderless television, but on a sig it's hardly a big deal - it just means you skipped a step.

Anyhow I think this is pretty meh.
It's got a sense of ... ... Just feels like it's missing a lot.

- monochrome, bluish
