Okay, I did level 172 and got 440 exp. I also did level 1 and got 20 exp. (As a member)
I tried level 1 again with my level 2, and got 20 exp. So yes, he is just a higher level to get the regular exp for 172.

If I understood correctly, you have been hack leeching. Hack leeching is when you play more than 1 game with a hacker; thus 10 games = ban. PM RedEyes and he might unban you.
