Silence has been inactive before, I've never been discontent with being in it, the people I like tend to stay in the guild, even if they're inactive.

Since Utopia basically turned from a chill guild that didn't care about rank, into Redemption, the rule applies that you won't be allowed to rejoin. I'm rather tired of ever having to "re-accept" people after they decided to quit, so from now on no one that quits will be allowed back in, joining's a one time deal.

This is not a strike at Utopia, I'm just saying it isn't what it was initially supposed to be, and that if someone wishes to quit and join you, I'm not gonna deal with them hopping back.

A living guild isn't needed if it's filled with people you enjoy the company of, it's all one should really need.

I completely agree.  Not that I approve of sig stealing, but it shouldn't be moderated.  Nearly everyone's avvy was made by someone else, and they don't have the rights to it, but people use them.

You're saying unbridled stupidity should be let to have full reign of it's actions, nty. As for banning asmit, no reason he was doing it to get the rule changed, I've done similar things to get rules made. At least now I don't ever have to worry about coolbroz420swag or w/e it is O-o.

If you're not cncing / giving advice you should just stfu O-o; anyway, had to concentrate pretty hard to see that damned text lol, otherwise this sig is awesome

Like was said earlier, blendings good at top, but as you get down to the gun it gets worse, also the text; I'd suggest trying easier fonts to work with + filter, extra layers, opacity, and brushes.
