Members play an extremely important role with this server. So we deserve the advantages if everyone could get to 200 I wouldn't of bought membership either. Membership was designed to give us advantages level cap increase being the main one. If they would allow everyone to get to 200 then membership would be useless like Neo said.
well members dont really play an extemely important role in the game..
It's because of those of us who are members that the server can be up.

It's basically to late to change the guild thing so the 50 members will stay in effect. As for earning GP PvP and Base should give it as well, because like he said it's who can grind sector the most which takes away from the other game modes as well.
