Don't think it was from an event (I could be wrong) except for when there was a random chance of getting it from the Christmas event last year (2012). I think it was boughten from admins prior to that and now you can just purchase from players in-game.

Yeah this has been in the game since Acclaim Bots don't know the cause I think Ross explained it to me once but don't remember. Anyways I think its like when a turret or cannon lags and doesn't get killed, and just keeps doing the death animation. How you fix a turret normally is by the 1st slot player hitting the mob. If that doesn't work I would suggest restarting the level if the bug continues switch up the first slot player

Hmm, no idea where in the rules this lies but if you could find the IP that the game runs under you could port forward the game. There are types of software that will do this automatically (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Network-Tools/Misc-Networking-Tools/Smart-Port-Forwarding.shtml) Once again don't know if this is agaisnt the rules and no idea if it will even work. I could try doing it on TV for you but no guarantee :/

Make sure that you have the most up to date version of Direct X. If that doesn't solve it try disabling your firewall, it may be closing the program as it may conflict with your firewall settings. If that doesn't work the trying re-installing BC.

Sector. PvP is amazingly fun but sadly not the player base to make it my favorite

Gunna do what the title says and vote for the best looking item Imo in the game. I chose rt3 Ram set. For best looking item that you have not extended rules upon I would chose jack head then Bladium set.
