I hope not. They don't add certain items to the shop so that those items would stay rare. It would definitely piss everyone off that already has one since we have paid upwards of 600m for them in the past, and being added to the shop would cause it's price to plummet. That would be as lame as adding perm liger to the shop.

As much as I know some people want this head, there need to be a few items that stay rare IMHO. Otherwise what's the point, everybody would have meto and it wouldn't be as cool to own any more.

Another more certain way is to get a paypal green dot card. Pay with cash and add funds directly to your acc. There's a fee tho, but you might determine that it's worth it...

Maybe you can use a prepaid credit card? Idk, I've never tried...

Yeah, it should just be needed so that cap dmg for PvP is 219 t3 stats, or maybe just a small increase for each tier of raid armor in PvP...

Isn't this info accurate? I've noticed that rt2 isn't vastly superior to rt1 in PvP....

And 250 is still pretty tough to beat until we figure out the method. Nobody has been able to beat it yet...
