You used too have to have member due to the level cap. As Metorium is level 200 req. to equip. Now the level cap has been raised anyone can wear it, if they have it.

It seems like you just have strict connection if you say your connection is working, too open your connection reset your router and/or turn off your router leave for 5 mins then turn it back on.
