I like the idea of you doing the unofficial event but you said that you wanted to have all of these cool things and one of them being music. You also said that you wanted to do it cause Allie wouldn't take the time to add the music but I really really doubt that she would like you implement it yourself. Unless you are talking about helping Allie design the event?

If you really want to make it more active then you should take the responsibility yourself to try. I know it's not easy but if you want it that bad then you should be willing to take the time and effort to make it thrive.
