The higher level the map the more EXP you get, 204 gives the most EXP so it's the fastest map to level up on.

On weekends, Friday-Sunday, the EXP is doubled on Friday and Saturday and on Sunday's it's tripled. So if you can find some people to help train you, you could reach level 150 in one weekend.
