Check your game client files, it might have not bout.dat or a DLL is missed, or try to re-download the game client.
If it has an error when installing the game client, try to change the languaje of the installer

Sometimes I have the same problem, but it can be fixed if u add a item to your shop 

I succefuly instaled the game client, i closed some process of the pc and changed the languaje of the installer to French, Thank you so much for your help

I got a HACK ATTEMP DETECTED when i was adding some items to my shop ._.

I've downloaded the client once more but it has the same corrupted file

There is a problem whit an arm model



i tried to download the game several times but it doesn't works

When i try to install it, a message says '' An error ocurred when trying to copy a file C:/Zylon gaming/boutcheetah/Data/Models/az_140_arm.ba0''

What can I do now?

I've a Laptop with Windows 7 Starter
but when I'm in a room i can't write messages in the chat and i can't see what are doing the anoter players in the room, they're just standing
