Probably not. Right when BOTS went out of business, they were going to make use of it. But, not anymore.

How did BC come to life? I don't think BOTS or BOUT gave BC the source codes. How was BC made?

I do see this and it is quite annoying. Most high level constantly kick me out. Well to think about it, pretty much every person regardless of level will kick me. Even level 1's kick me. The only actual nice people was Allie and Haha when they randomly trained my in sector.
