yea i saw it but there was 108 online so i tough its just the web bug but thanks now i know why

hello every one.
i just downloaded bouts after i got my comp from fix.
but i can see only the low channel?
and i got a lvl 63 char in the high one.
why does it not working?
btw i did allready reinstall and i tryed Hotspot shield coz my friend sayed it could help but its dosen't.

So i just downloaded the game and i started patching.
After its was finished i pressed the start button and its dident open the game.
Does any one know how to fix it?
