i cant even get online. when i try to type my user and pw in it just say loading... and doesnt go past that :/

The zylon high server has gone down i think cuz when i click on it the server isnt there :/

i had all letters in stash with 5 minutes left in event and it wouldn't give me items and when i went to website it still said event active and i did not get my items. i want my bot-stract from buying the letters restored or the two items given to my player please. Thank you.
