I have no clue why you guys are all ranting on him giving feedback on a staff member... This is a "feedback/rants" section so if he feels like a staff member is biased then it's perfectly acceptable for him to make a topic on the matter. The only issue with this topic is that Pein has no proof to back himself up on whether or not Max is biased or not, otherwise it would be perfectly fine.

When is something justified?
People should know what and when something is justified through their education, and when they don't, in this case, us staff are here to help you with that.
I thought when u go through an education, u gain intelligence and knowledge? So don't they sort of represent each other?
