you shud download 2008 microsoft redistrubute package and try to run it again or talk to GM Santa he helped me with that problem

Im Jenni-Cutie and my bout is broken it lets me log in and the then loading screen gets stuck and doesnt go past it i think my files are messed up or something please help me call me at -removed- if u can help D:
