If you don't have any programs like that running, then my second guess would be a video card driver missing.

You can find the proper video card drivers on your computer manufacturers website.

Im pretty sure its TrentMicro blocking DirectX and stuff my dad dosnt know the password to turn it off but hes trying to find out.

I asked him about it and he didnt look for it ill be back later see yah hopfully il fix it then

I cant yet my mom dosnt know the password ill have to wait for my dad
