:'(i have completed the event and i got the message in gifts...when i opened it i pressed receive and when i checken in my inventory...there was nothing there...please help

i just bought an arsenal but how can i use it in sector? (b.t.w. when i make a room in sector it doesnht show it to me that i have it and i equipped it)..:?
