No, admins will not make new special items for you just because you are paying, Although you can purchase rare items that cannot be bought from anyone unless you pay (Dark meto, perm jack head, stonebot trans....).

I was reading the post about dark meto and i was wondering what items are also obtainable by paying cash, excluding memberships, gigas and coins.

It is an additional reason for people to quit this game, when they are thinking about it.
The good thing is that only noobs wil gtfo this game then.
