I just know its not lag, and you have to be banned 5 times to be I.P banned. I dont know what is the cause.

Hello, i can't play bout-cheetah. When I try to log in, it just loads there. It cant be my I.P address because I am on the website right now. Is it that I have been banned? 
Can you try to un-ban my account -princess- and ill see if it works?
