He did not win by way of default.. By choosing every number doesnt make you a winner. I was implying you can choose multiple numbers, not all numbers.. completely different. Thus, the system is now flawed, nor corrupt.

Not quite so.. Because there are already about 18 #s, so 1-100 would be difficult because 2 people could be equally close to the number. Thats why I put 1-1000 since there's a broader scale and less chance for people to be equally close to number.
